Sorry for the short notice everyone. The family just agreed who was taking what and left everything else behind so I just got in here today. Sale is a two-day sale Saturday and Sunday. My client's father was handicapped with ALS he has ramps throughout the house and handicap assisted bedroom and office and a motorized scooter with all the bells and whistles. There's also a van for sale I'm not handling that. They want a lot of money for it but it is wheelchair accessible. And there's also a boat out back that I'm not handling. But I'll take...
