It is imperative you do not block driveways or park on grass. You are responsible for loading therefore please bring help. Large purses or bags are not allowed. Bring bags and wrapping paper for fragile items. We nor the homeowners are responsible for any accidents or injuries on or at the home and or premises.

Description & Details

The shed and the home are not connected, therefore essentially it’s two separate Estate Sales. Please come with boxes and bins. Parking is not allowed in the roundabout. The roundabout is for pick up only after you’ve paid. Be prepared for some walking and please be patient. 😀 As with all our Estate Sales, WE PRE-SELL.
