This is a sale like none I have ever done. The house caught fire. It was caught early. No one was hurt. But there was lots of smoke damage. The remediation people took everything out of the house, salvaged what they could, cleaned everything and then returned it in over 1,100 boxes!!! I'm not exaggerating! The boxes were numbered.
