Please Park in the parking lot next to the house. No pricing questions as there is just too many items to keep up with. Cash, PayPal, Venmo and credit/debit cards(4% fee) accepted. Please bring assistance to help with loading, we will have a staff member available as well (he works for tips). Property owner and/or liquidator not responsible for accidents or injuries.
