Very Important: I realize the estate auctions are new the most of us so here are a few tips:
1) don't wait until the last day or hour to register and try to bid. If you're not already registered you have to do so to be able to bid.
2) If an item has reserve .. the item will not be sold until the reserve is met. That's why you get the message "reserve not met"
3) if you are really interested in an item go on and put a higher bid in on the item ..instead of dollar increments.
4) most people are learning that if they wait to the last minute to bid and tried to beat the clock they lose out on an item they may have wanted..by maybe only a dollar.
PLEASE DONT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST HOUR OR DAY OR 30 MINUTES TO BID.
5) you'll get a confirmation email if you win on one item or multiple items after the auction has ended; with pick up information. however the pick up information is located below.

The barn is loaded down with tools we expect to have over 300 lots and if you buy online you can shop when you pick up! So keep checking back
Pick up is July 24 and 25 from
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT.
CALL & MAKE AN APPOINTMENT & WE'LL do our best to have your items ready! Please have your lot numbers ready when you call to make an appointment for pickup!

Please follow covid protocol when picking up. Any large tool items will be out in the barn. Please bring help to load heavy items! There will be some items in the barn and a few items in the house that were not listed at auction that you will be able to purchase when you pick up. Thanks for following all these rules. We're just all trying to keep each other safe.
