The Living Estate Of Maudell Stephenson. Maudell has a lifetime collection of great items.
This a true country auction. From depression glass-quilts-pottety- cast iron cook stove & more.
Maudell loved her sun room where she combined many things she loved 'into one room. Including the Hazel Cast Iron cook stove, pine furniture, white wicker..even a white porch swing hangs from the ceiling in the sun room.
The original part of the house was built in 1900. The tiny kitchen had enough cookware & goodies for 3 kitchens.
Every cubby hole in this house was stuffed toy the gills. The same goes for the outbuildings.
An avid gardner Maudell decorated her gardens with concrete statuary, bird baths, several yard swings with frames, wrought Iron furniture, Shepards hooks, planters & Pots, garden bench, cast iron wash pots for plants, bird feeders of every type!
If love to garden you'll love all of the garden items.
I had originally said we would have 200 Lots but we've definitely gone over 200!

Items purchased & not picked up will be donated to charity. We will not store or transport items from one auction to the next to be picked up.
Please keep in mind when bidding that it's a good idea to go ahead & put in your Max bid. If someone bids against you the system will automatically bid for you. You will only be outbid if someone bids over your max bid. Many people wait until the end of the auction to bid. While this can be fun; you may lose the item you've been bidding on by just a couple of dollars.
