EstateSales.net Service Fee: For each item you buy, Estatesales.net charges a service fee of $2.95. This fee is collected directly by EstateSales.net and is not shared with Meadow Lane Estate Sales. Unfortunately, we have no control over this charge and cannot waive or modify it.
No Advance Sales or Pricing: All merchandise becomes available for purchase when the online sale officially begins. Prices will not be disclosed in advance, and no items will be sold prior to the scheduled start.
All Sales Are Final: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. Please review all available information carefully before making a purchase.
Pickup Requirements: Please arrive promptly during the scheduled pickup window. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own bags, boxes, packing materials, tools, and sufficient assistance to safely remove and transport their purchases. Our staff cannot guarantee assistance with lifting or loading.
