Poche Perique Tobacco in Convent, Louisiana, has produced perique, one of the rarest tobaccos in the world, grown commercially only in St. James Parish. Now that the doors are closing, the barns, warehouse and family home are open to the public for two days only. Walk through a warehouse lined with wooden whiskey barrels.
