We accept cash and credit/debit cards only, no checks. There is a minimum $20 purchase and a 5% fee when using a credit/debit card.
The Attic's Empty, their employees and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents.
All sales are final. Once an item is purchased the new owner is responsible for the care of the item.
No food or drink will be allowed in the home during the sale.
No pets will be allowed in the home during the sale.
Bring help to load large items.

Description & Details

Thank you for checking out our sale. The sale will be running for three days, Friday April 17 from 10:00 - 4:00, Saturday April 18 from 9:00 - 4:00 and Sunday April 19 from 9:00 - 2:00. This sale is loaded with antiques, books, comic books, sports cards & memorabilia, furniture, tools, figurines/statues, jewelry (costume and higher end), furniture, household items, vintage toys & games, outdoor items, riding lawnmower and much much more. We will start a sign-up sheet at the front door each morning at 8:00 am.
