James "Sugar Pie" Watkins is a well-known and respected retired entrepreneur and past City Alderman for the City of Macon. He and his late wife, Ann, collected many beautiful things over many years while they lived in one of the city's historical homes. After Ann's illness prompted them to downsize they kept their many treasures. "Sugar Pie" (that's what all of us locals call him....most don't even know his real name is James) has moved to be near his daughter and her family.
