Great Sale in Moncure, House is loaded and has two garages. This sale is a few minutes for downtown Pittsboro. Areas around the home have been flagged as NO Parking due to septic drain fields. There is plenty of driveway to park along. I would not recommend pulling off onto grass areas as it has been raining and the ground is soft. There is a stone wall around the driveway, the leaves have been blown to reveal however use caution when parking. Pull over onto one side of the pavement so others can pass. Thanks!
