Located in the fairly new upscale 55+ community of the Pavillions- this house holds many many fine treasures! A non- smoking, non- pet or children home all the furniture is in very good shape and is beautiful. The bedroom suite is really 12 pieces of 1966 Mahogany Danish Modern chests and glass cabinets ( I have the original receipts) and a newer bed with a good Queen Mattress and box bought in 2010. This house is full of sweet finds. There are several bird houses,and notice the cruet set. It is a vintage 6 pc set Cruet set from Italy.It's pieces are roosters sitting in a wicker basket! It is wicked cute!from Italy

I believe this old table is a gateleg table- however- I have not been able to figure out how to open it yet!

Remember these old yarn /sewing baskets. I know my grandma had one when I was very young! Haven't seen one this nice or heavy in quite a while!

Papers that I have found tell the tale of this childs rocker. It was made by uncle Lou in the late 1880's! It is mahogany (I think), very tight and the velvet upholstry shows it's age and all the childrens butts that have graced this rocker!

A lovely curio stand that hols several knick knacks including an old Hummel- The boy with the umbrella - I think!

This is a stunning oak dining room set that was purchased from the Oak Warehouse in Chicago, Ill. ( I have the original paperwork!) The hutch is lighted and the table has 1 leaf, and 6 chairs. All the chairs have been scotchguarded and are in excellent shape!
