For this sale we will accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. There are some large heavy items but we cannot help move those please bring help. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on or around the property. There will only be allowed 10-12 people at once in the house. It is a smaller home. You will have to wait outside for someone to leave then you can enter. There will be cameras in the house. Please be respectful since it is not our home.

This will be a 2 day sale!!: This sale features all household items, furniture, plants, silverware, glassware, china, CD’s, records, books, a lot of clothes, paintings, cleaning supplies and much much more. Some outdoor furniture and there are 2 floors to this house. There will be no prices on anything, we can negotiate prices as the sale proceeds. We will come up with a total at checkout. There will be multiple employees there if anyone has any questions during the sale. There will not be a list for items at the beginning of the sale or a list for people...
