Pair of Chinese Floral Watercolors on Silk: A pair of Chinese floral watercolors on silk. One watercolor, titled “Spring Colors” (春色) features a red rose, a branch of blooming white flowers, and a gold and blue butterfly. The second watercolor features two white lilies and several yellow asters, along with an orange and brown butterfly with brown spots. This painting has an artist’s signature and seal to the lower right. Both paintings are bordered with a patterned brocade fabric and mounted on a muted red mat board. The paintings are presented in black composite frame. The verso of both pieces are equipped to hang.

1990 Land Rover Defender: A restored 1990 2-door Land Rover Defender; VIN is SALLDVAF8HA459678 and odometer reads 393324 km (244,400 mi). Exterior has satin gun metal dark gray finish with black painted stainless steel diamond tread plate accents, and features include left-hand drive diesel engine with four jump seats to the rear cab, and a rebuilt 2.5 liter inline 4 cylinder, diesel 5-speed manual transmission. Note additional pictures added from time period during the restoration.

1886 Idaho Territory Land Purchase: A 1886 Ketchum Idaho land purchase certificate. This certificate details the transfer of 16,500 square feet in the town of Ketchum, Idaho to Lewis C. Dollarhide under the Land Act of 1820. The document is dated June 9, 1886. The document has a secretarial signature for President Grover Cleveland.

Jose Trujillo Original Oil Painting on Canvas "Lavender Hillside": An original 2017 oil painting on canvas by contemporary Mexican-American painter Jose Trujillo (born 1982), titled Lavender Hillside. The painting is a beautiful example of the bright, painterly landscapes the artist is best-known for. It depicts a hillside covered in foliage painted in striking shades of blue, teal, purple, red, peach, and yellow. Tall, thin trees rise along the right margin, and voluminous clouds fill the sky.
