The historic Yates House (1906) is a 4500 sq ft home that has been a high-end VRBO since 2021 and has been exquisitely decorated with a handful of one-of-a-kind antiques, and about 75% of the home's contents are brand new furniture purchased in the last 5 years. The house has been for sale--now "Sale is Pending" and the entire home's furnishings and art is being sold (with the exception of a few items the owners are keeping).
