Erin's Pub has been a Villanova University along with Rosemont, Cabrini, Eastern, Bryn Mawr, and Haverford College hangout for many years. This is an "Nostalgia" sale of all the bar stools, signs, even the front door, etc.
Of interest to others will be all the equipment needed to run a bar/restaurant, plus tons of yard sale type items owned by the new owner.
