Beautiful home and barn on the Hiwassee river. This was truly a second home and was fully furnished. There is a lot of furniture in both the house and in the second building: two large sectionals, 2 dining tables with chairs, pool table, bedroom furniture, game table and chairs. Home decor, kitchen, outdoor furniture. Regular tools, shovels, rakes, leaf blower, Kubota lawn mower, push mower, hedge clippers. Sports equipment including golf clubs, fishing rods, rod travel tote, water skis, water floats. Numerous TVs along with other electronics. Electric fireplace, Christmas decorations, several book cases/display cases and vacuums.
