ALSO, Bring or Arrange for HELP for large, bulky, heavy items and we can schedule alternate times for you to bring help to pick up/load large heavy bulky items. Small items need to be removed day of sale.
Parking Etc: There are wide intersecting streets as the house is a corner lot. Close parking and side walk and driveway fro walking access. There are multiple levels and stairs in the house.  
Entrance/Exit: At time of opening, enter through right side garage. Exit through garage to pay. All items to be held must be paid for day of sale.
Tickets: : To reserve your place in line for the 9 o’clock opening for Saturday’s sale, tickets will be provided at the entrance driveway attached to an orange traffic cone (most of the time) at the driveway entrance or handed out by one the staff by 8am at the main house garage area  (Depends on conditions, availability of staff, issues going on etc.) 
Checkout Info: Checkout will be at/near the garage. You are responsible for packing of your sale items after you pay. We have tables available beyond the checkout to move to for wrapping and some papers, wrap, boxes, bags underneath for use as long as it lasts.
