Gorgeous items from a home in Georgetown. One owner, no smoking, no children, one tiny dog. The address of this online sale property cannot be released publicly. Buyers will be given the information to pick up items on Sunday or Wednesday after the sale from 10-2pm.

Please note: we do consider offers on item(s) or bundles of items over $250. To make an offer on an item or grouping valued at over $250, please contact Melissa at 512/6273387. If your offer is accepted, payment must be made immediately via debit/credit/Venmo/ApplePay. No other forms of payment can be accepted. The items will be removed from the online estate sale only after payment has been received. After payment is received, you can book an appointment to pick up your items.

We do not ship online sale items at this time. All items are for LOCAL Central Texas Pickup: Once payment is made for items purchased through the online estate sale platform, please schedule your pick-up time by calling or texting 512/6273387. You must schedule a pick-up day and time. Do not arrive at the property without an appointment as no one will be there to assist you. Pick-up days are generally Wednesdays 10-2 or Saturdays 10-2 unless otherwise arranged. Please arrive at your appointment time or call if you have issues. We will only wait 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. You will have to reschedule your pickup time if you miss your appointment window.

We do not move large items. Please bring appropriate assistance for moving and transporting your items. We do not provide help in loading, packing materials, dolleys or tie downs. If you need a mover, a good source is Dolly.com which is an independent contractor service for hourly moving help. Dolly.com is a part of TaskRabbit.com. They offer movers with vehicles and other services for packing at an hourly rate. Don't forget to let contracted movers know if items are upstairs as that might affect costs.

All items are offered "As Is" without warranty with no returns or refunds. Be certain you are happy with what you see online.
Chargebacks on credit/debit purchases, once any item(s) are removed from the property, will be reported to local law enforcement as theft.
We will not HOLD items offered on the Online Estate Sale platform. Purchase items directly through the Online Estate Sale platform.

Any items left on the Sunday after the online sale closes will be forfeited without a refund. If something happens and you cannot make your pickup time, please call Melissa 512/6273387 to discuss possible options. We do not want anyone to lose items purchased but cannot hold things on the property after the online sale closes.
