Large house with ample room so we will not hold a line. . .there will be space for shoppers and plenty of sales people to help you.
What do all the major big-box stores and our next sale have in common? We have our Christmas stuff on display!!!!!!! Our sale is going to be a family-style sale — there is a large garage with stuff for that group of buyers, Holiday decorations for that group of buyers, furniture for upgrades or college apartments, clothing for ladies, kitchen small appliances and stuff, outdoor decorations and furniture. . .in other words, we have a very general sale in a 4000+ home that had twenty closets full for us to put out, an extra storage building, and stuff everywhere.
