Kenneth Frank SR December 25, 1924 - March 22, 1999 Kenneth Carl Frank Sr. was born December 25, 1924 in Watertown, WI. His family lived in Fort Atkinson, WI. He was drafted into the U.S. Navy where he was signalman during WWII. After his service, he went to school at UW-LaCrosse, University of Chicago and the Layton School of the Arts in Milwaukee, WI.
