This sale is from a beautiful home! Items are smoke free and appear to be in very good condition! However, as with pre-owned items, expect at least some wear. All items sold are in as-is condition. All bids and sales are final, there will be no refunds or exchanges. We do not test all items. By placing a bid, you agree to pick up your merchandise on Saturday, July 8 from 4-7 pm or Sunday, July 9th from 12-4pm. Pickup will be at the client's home in Imperial, MO. Full address will be provided to winning bidders after the online sale is over and payments are received. We will not be able to help you move furniture or large items; please bring help if you need it. Any items not picked up or arranged for pick up are forfeited at the end of pickup Sunday night. If you fail to pick up your items, winning bidders will still be charged for purchases. Bidders will be fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pickup time.
