Pickups will be Friday May 17th from 1pm - 5pm, and Saturday May 18th from 12pm - 5pm. All items must be picked up by 5pm on the last pickup day, or they will be forfeited. If you require special considerations, please email or call so we can try to accommodate.

Pickup location is The War Front: 11925 124th AVE NE Kirkland, WA 98034

Once you place a bid, you are agreeing to pay that price if won, plus the Buyers Premium and required taxes etc. If a bid is received within 5 minutes of items closing, 5 min will be added. If you see any item(s) you wish to bid on… DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY or the last 5 mins to bid. Things happen fast and we don’t want you to miss out on an item! We are not responsible for lost bids or computer errors.

All items are 'AS IS" Condition with no guarantee of condition or working order, and there will be no refunds or exchanges. We do our best to describe the item(s) as accurately as possible, but please examine the picture(s) for each LOT before bidding. If you have any questions about an item(s), you must email us 24 hrs before auction closing.

We will not answer any calls or emails during the last day of the auction. You must register on estatesales.net prior to bidding. All information must be correct including the shipping address, email, and contact number. If we do not receive pickup communication (via phone or email) within the required time period described in the Auction Details for the auction you bid on, the items won will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

SHIPPING:
If you would like your item(s) shipped, please select the "shipping" option for your item(s). A handling fee of $10 per order will be added to the total shipping cost for standard items shipped through USPS (multiple items for the same customer will still only be charged $10).

All fragile or heavy items will be shipped VIA The UPS Store. We charge a $25 handling and transport fee to cover the additional time and resources needed to facilitate this. The UPS Store will contact you directly with shipping charges and invoice.

Items will be shipped within 5 business days from auction closing. We ship USPS Priority Mail for the majority of items, and will only charge actual cost. We will send an email with invoice for shipping charges and handling fee.

The shipping invoice for either method must be paid PRIOR to items being shipped.
