THIS IS NOT YOUR GRANDPARENTS’ ESTATE AUCTION! This is the liquidation of the furniture from the historic Crow Mansion in West Modesto. If you are not familiar with the Crow Mansion, it’s the Victorian Queen Anne Italiante built by Walter B. Wood in 1877 and physically relocated to West Modesto on October 13, 1990. It has been the setting of many prominent Modesto weddings, funerals, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, etc. For more information, check out the YouTube tours of the home and property which also include previews of many of the items in the auction:
