This looks like a Daisy .177 Cal. Lever Cocking Youth Air Rifle. You'll have to zoom in close on the numbers on the rifle however I think the model number is on the top which I did not take a picture.
It seems like it's in working condition however I don't have any ammo to try. Plastic stock. Surface rust needs a little TLC. Otherwise very good condition for the age.
