If you do not pick up your items, the registered card will be charged and the items will be considered abandoned. All items sold as-is. No returns or exchanges. We DO collect Indiana sales tax which is 7%. Estatesale.net charges a fee for EACH lot processed (@$2.95). This fee cannot be combined for multiple lots.

LOCAL PICK UP: Pick up will be in West Lafayette, IN by appointment only. You will be notified of pick up address once you purchase.
Pick up dates are Saturday, May 8th and Sunday, May 9th. Location and times will vary depending on items purchased. You will receive an email with information on May 7th.
We cannot guarantee assistance with loading. Please bring help to load. Not responsible for accidents on pick up date. Items must be removed by the end of agreed upon pick up date and time. Items left will be considered abandoned.
