Pickup & Shipping Options
This sale offers local pickup and shipping through a third-party provider (Pak Mail).
Local Pickup Terms
Buyers selecting local pickup agree to the following:
Buyers must coordinate directly with the Estate Sale Company to schedule pickup timing and receive location details, including storage unit access instructions if applicable.
Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, tools, and transportation to safely load their purchases.
Our staff is not responsible for lifting, moving, or loading items.
Buyers must bring their own packing materials, blankets, and straps.
Pickup Location:
Items may be located in storage units or other off-site locations, not at a residential driveway.
Buyers should be prepared to retrieve items directly from a storage unit or designated facility.
Items will be staged as reasonably as possible, but access conditions may vary depending on the storage facility.
Pickup Scheduling
All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window scheduled with the company.
Buyers who fail to arrive within their scheduled time may experience delays or forfeiture of their pickup slot.
Missed / Rescheduled Pickups
If a buyer arrives with a vehicle that cannot accommodate their item(s), a $25 rescheduling fee will apply if pickup cannot be completed.
Any pickup outside scheduled times is at the sole discretion of the Company and will incur a convenience fee starting at $50.
Items not picked up within the designated timeframe may be considered abandoned, with no refund issued.
Shipping Terms (Pak Mail)
Shipping is available for select items and is handled exclusively through a third-party provider (Pak Mail).
Third-Party Shipping
We do not provide in-house packing or shipping services.
All shipping, packing, and logistics are handled by Pak Mail.
Shipping Estimates & Buyer Responsibility (No Refund Policy)
Shipping is handled by Pak Mail (third-party) and paid separately by the buyer.
We do not provide shipping quotes; approximate dimensions and weights (weight for smaller items only) may be available upon request.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain shipping estimates prior to purchasing.
Shipping costs can be significant and may exceed the purchase price of the item (e.g., a $5 item may cost $100+ to pack and ship).
All shipping-related costs (packing, materials, insurance, and transportation) are the buyer’s responsibility.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances, including high or unexpected shipping costs.
Failure to understand or anticipate shipping costs is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute.
Shipping Process
After payment, buyer information will be provided to Pak Mail.
The Company will transport items from the storage facility to the Pak Mail shipping facility. There is not additional charge to the customer for this service. Once the item is transferred to Pak Mail, The Company is no longer responsible for the item. It will be up to the customer and Pak Mail to complete the shipping process. The Company will no longer be able to assist with item questions or concerns.
Pak Mail will contact the buyer directly for shipping arrangements and payment.
Shipping costs are paid separately to Pak Mail.
Failure to Arrange Shipping / Abandonment
Buyers must arrange shipping or pickup within 14 days of item release.
Failure to do so will result in the item(s) being considered abandoned, with no refund.
The Company reserves the right to resell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned items.
Storage or handling fees may apply.
Buyer-Arranged Shipping
Buyers may use their own shipping, freight, or courier service.
All third-party shippers must coordinate directly with the Estate Sale Company to schedule pickup.
Shippers must adhere to the designated pickup windows and facility requirements (including storage unit access, if applicable).
The Company is not responsible for packing, wrapping, or preparing items unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any failed or missed pickup by a buyer’s shipping provider may be subject to rescheduling and applicable fees..
High-Value Hold
Items over $800 will be held for 21 days for credit card verification.
No exceptions.
Liability (Shipping)
Once items are released to a shipping provider, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays.
Insurance is strongly recommended.
Liability Disclaimer (Pickup)
The Company and property/storage facility owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during pickup.

Chargeback Penalties
If a chargeback occurs:
Buyer is responsible for all associated costs (fees, collections, administrative expenses)
The Company may pursue legal action
Buyer may be permanently banned from future sales
Forfeiture of Items
Items tied to disputed or reversed payments may be withheld, reclaimed, or resold at the Company’s discretion.
