This is a vintage wall-mounted telephone manufactured by the Kellogg Switchboard Supply Company. It features a dark wood casing, a hand crank on the side for generating a signal, a separate earpiece and mouthpiece, and a wooden shelf for holding the receiver. The distinctive "bullseye" style bells are a notable design element. The company's nameplate is visible on the front of the wooden housing, indicating its origin. The overall aesthetic is characteristic of early 20th-century telecommunication devices.
