Local artist oil painting with gallery info on the reverse. Titled “Drydock Sunlight Beach” and dated 1998. Sold at Childers Proctor Gallery in Langley. Very nice quality piece and hard to read signature. Excellent shape, but note some slight soiling to the linen matting. Frame measures 25x21 inches, image is 16x12. Fingers crossed could it be a Jordan??? UNKNOWN.

Shipping: We will ship the following items at the buyer's expense, shipping fee priority USPS plus a $5.00 handling fee per lot, Jewelry, Georgia Gerber statues, Handbags. We will NOT ship breakables. We will consider shipping high value items over $100 through UPS pack and ship at buyers' expense plus a $5 handling fee with prior approval.
