�� Auction Style: Hard Close

Just a heads-up: This is a Hard Close auction. That means when the clock hits zero, the bidding is officially over—no extensions! If an item is set to end at 8:00 PM, it closes right at 8:00 PM.

Pro-Tip for a Stress-Free Finish: Things can get pretty fast and "snappy" in those final minutes! To avoid the last-minute rush (and the flood of outbid notifications), we highly recommend using the Max Bid feature.

How it works: If you bid $5 but set your Max Bid at $10, the system will only increase your bid by the smallest increment needed to keep you in the lead.

The Benefit: It’s much easier than manually bidding in the final seconds, especially if you’re eyeing multiple items!

We like to keep things simple: There is no buyer’s premium added to your total at this auction.

"Estatesales.net" will charge winning bidders $2.95 to your total order.

Location: North Spokane (Address provided to winning bidders) the next day after the auction ends.

🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Important Information:

Plan Ahead: Please ensure you are available during the scheduled window to collect your items.

Small Item Flexibility: If you won smaller items and cannot make the pickup time, please contact us in advance. We may be able to hold them for you until you are available.

Large Item Flexibility: We understand that moving furniture and appliances requires planning. If you'd like to pick up your large items ahead of the official date, please let us know and we will do our best to assist with an earlier appointment.

No-Show Policy: If you do not pick up your items and fail to contact us for arrangements, your items will be forfeited and your card will still be charged.
