Pickup is Wednesday, September 23, 2026, BY APPOINTMENT.
Once you purchase your item, please email simplyclearoutnow@gmail.com with your preferred pickup time so we can schedule your appointment.
LARGE FURNITURE — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
If you purchase a large furniture item, it MUST be picked up Wednesday morning between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This pickup window is required by the condo association and is not flexible.
Please bring enough people to move and load your furniture. There will be no one available to assist with moving or loading. Simply Clear Out cannot provide moving assistance.
If you do not pick up your furniture during the required morning window, it will be donated that afternoon. The furniture must be removed from the condo that day. We cannot hold furniture or arrange another pickup date.
No exceptions and no refunds will be issued for furniture that is not picked up.
ALL OTHER ITEMS
All other purchases are also scheduled for pickup by appointment on Wednesday, September 23.
If you cannot make the scheduled pickup day, please contact us. We can work with you to arrange another pickup time for smaller items when possible.
If you miss your scheduled pickup and we do not hear from you within 2 days, your items will be considered abandoned and will be donated. No refund will be issued.

Please bring your own bags, boxes, packing materials, tools, and moving help. We cannot provide moving or loading assistance.
