Pick up dates are Friday, September 25 from 11:00AM - 3:00PM or Sunday, September 27 from 10:30AM - 2:30PM.
If you need other pick up arrangements please let us know PRIOR to placing your bid so we can determine if we're able to help you. Items not picked up by the end of the designated times (without prior pick up arrangements made) will forfeit the item and their credit card will still be charged. Most items will end simultaneously.

Please see estatesales.net bidding terms with questions on placing your bid. Some items are available to purchase immediately. You will see a "Buy It Now" option if it's available once the auction starts. Items with active bidders will automatically be extended an additional two minutes per bid.

We do our best to provide detailed pictures and descriptions of our items so you know what you'll be receiving. Additional pictures may be available if needed.

We accept MC/VISA/Discover. Sorry, but there's no payment on pick up option. You will need to register for payment with estatesales.net.

There will NOT be anyone available to help you move heavy items so you MUST bring someone with you for furniture, etc. Please bring your own bags and packing materials as well. Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email from EstateSales.net! The pick up location for this auction is in East Rochester.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on either of the dates provided (see above).
