This is a vintage landscape oil painting on canvas, depicting a serene mountain lake scene with birch trees and evergreens. The artwork is signed "H Ross" in the lower right. The piece is housed in a heavy, ornate, gold-toned composition frame with a linen liner. The back of the frame features a 'Galleria Unique' label from Oak Park, Illinois, and is marked 'Hecho en Mexico,' indicating it was likely imported for the American home decor market during the 1970s or 1980s.

The dimensions of the canvas are 9x12 inches, and the frame measures 17.5x14.5 inches.
