The 1935 Quaker Oats Babe Ruth Champions pin was produced by the Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago, Illinois. The celluloid pin measures 7/8” in diameter and displays a black-and-white headshot of the Bambino with his name “Babe Ruth” and “Champions” printed in block letters above and below the image, respectively. Despite playing six season with the red Sox to begin his career, this 1935 pin ins the only button showing Ruth in a Boston cap, that of the Boston Braves, for whom he played 28 games in 1935 to finish his career.
