Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. Please be sure to read the entire item description and to ask questions as soon as possible. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving but some items we are unable to test. We'll let you know if it was or was not tested. :)

We accept MC/VISA/American Express/Discover. Sorry, but there's no payment on pick up option.

Please bring your own help as well as your own boxes and bags to carry things as none will be available. Winning Bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends. The pick up location is in North Tonawanda and, with the exception of furniture, we will have your item available for pick up in the garage. No appointment is necessary.

Masks are required during pick up and social distancing while you wait is appreciated.

Please do not bid if you can't pick up on either of the dates provided (see below). We are not available after the sale for late pick ups. If you don't claim your item(s) your card will still be charged and your item will be forfeited. Please....don't bid if you can't pick up. Absolutely no refunds!
