As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do not except returns, nor provide refunds. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. There will be a preview on Thursday Feb 11th from 5-7 pm. Address will be disclosed day of. About 10 minutes from Germantown Pkwy and Wolf River.
This sale is Local Puck Up Only. Pick up date is Saturday February 20th between 12-6 pm only. You must make an appointment to pick up your items. We will be maintaining social distancing and masks must be worn. Please do not bid on item if you cannot pick up during this time. We must be out of the house on Saturday evening and I will not be offering any other dates.
You will be emailed once bidding is closed and notified that you have won the bid. Be sure your email address is up to date and that you check it often for pick up notifications. Also make sure your phone number correct.
Once you have purchased an item or won a bid, your credit card on file will be charged by the company. If you fail to pick up your item, you will still be charged. Again, there are no refunds.
When picking up your item, you are responsible for the following:
1) Wearing a Mask
2) Picking up your item on the arranged date and time, please be on time.
3) Providing your own manpower, equipment, and tools needed to take your purchase home.
3) Providing packing materials, bags, boxes for all small items.
