Purchased at Braden's furniture store less than 5 years ago. Chair is in perfect condition. It is super cozy to sit on. The fabric is a nice neutral blue suitable for a lot of different decor tastes. The ottoman has a slight flaw on one of the corners. Shown in picture above but not noticeable at all sitting in the room. Chair measures 45" wide x 36" high x 46" deep. Ottoman measures 40" square x 18" high
