As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final.
We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Invoices with pick up location in Long Beach will be sent upon close of auction.
We are required to collect sales tax for items sold.
You must bring appropriate help to move, load your items.
Pick up for this sale will be June 12 and June 13 (if needed)

PLEASE DO NOT BID, if you are unable to pick up during these times. The house is sold and new owners take possession the following week.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL FORFEIT PURCHASE PRICE.
