IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up dates for this auction are Saturday, September 11th from 1-7 p.m. or Sunday, September 12th from 9-1. No appointment is necessary. We will not be available for late pick-ups, sorry...all sales are final. Items not picked up by the designated times will be forfeited and your credit card will still be charged. Please email me prior to bidding if you need special arrangements. We will try to work with you if at all possible. You will receive an email with the pick up address within 60 minutes after the auction ends. It's located near Transit in Williamsville.

To sign up for bidding you need to make an account with Estatesales.net. Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Estatesales.net will bid in increments for you until the highest bid you entered is reached. Please see their bidding terms with questions on placing your bid. Some items are available to purchase immediately and you will see a "Buy It Now" option if it's available.

Please bring help to move furniture and heavy items as no one will be available to assist you. Some items may be located on the 2nd floor or in a basement.
