Shipping is available for an extra fee. At the close of the sale email us with your address and we can invoice you for shipping through stripe.com (you don't need an account there to pay a bill).

We are closing our retail store in Orleans in December and moving to office space in Chatham in January. We will no longer have a retail showroom. Beginning in February we will be offering auctions and fixed price sales on estatesales.net every week or two with pick-up at our Chatham location.
It is important that if you win an item in this auction, that you are able to pick it up at the designated time as we need to get items out of here in a timely manner so that we can move.

If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
