PAYMENT
All payments are due immediately upon purchase. Payments will be accepted by cash, bank transfer, or for an additional fee, credit card (3% fee). Property purchased during the auction may not be removed until the full purchase price, including buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, have been paid. Any purchase not paid in full within twenty four (24) hours after the auction may be cancelled and the sale rescinded without further notice to the purchaser. Some purchases may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax exempt, you can submit your tax exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax.

SHIPPING
PROPERTY PICK UP & SHIPPING POLICY:
Eclectic Attic does not ship. The purchases must pay for and remove all property from "the auction site" (2117 W Lake Drive, Novi, MI 48377) and his/her risk and expense. Buyers are welcome to use a pack/ship professional of their choice or to collect their purchases in person at the auction site within five (5) business days following the auction event. All purchases not removed from the auction site within that timeframe may be cancelled and the sale rescinded without further notice to the purchaser unless mutually agreed upon arrangements have been made between Eclectic Attic and purchaser.
