Pickup DetailsTo our customers, thank you for your interest and patronage. This beach front estate is an HOA property therefore we can only conduct an online sale. Purchases are made via credit card and paid online. Once a purchase is made, we offer pick up dates listed below. Please contact us via email to schedule a pick up time.

During pick up please provide photo ID and proof of purchase (screen shot of sold items are accepted). All sales are final and sold as is with prices reflecting that.

Customers who have made a purchase are welcome to shop during their pick up appointment for 15 minutes within the estate and make any additional purchases on sight.

For all customers who are buying large or heavy items such as furniture please ensure that you bring proper tools, vehicle and people to help you with the move.

Pick up will be at the estate. Pick up will be at the estate (will be provided via email once have a scheduled appointment)
