Pickup DetailsAs is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. We will have two pickup opportunities. One will be on Friday, August 4, 2022 beginning at 2:30 in the afternoon. The other will be on Saturday, August 5, 2022, beginning at 10:00 am. If you buy large furniture, you will be required to pick it up on the second day of the sale (Saturday, August 5, 2022). We do not have anyone that can help with moving items, so please bring adequate help if required to move your purchases. If you purchase delicate items, please bring paper/bubble wrap to protect your purchase. At the end of the auction, winning bidders will be provided with a link to signupgenius.com (via a separate email) which will provide the opportunity to sign up for pickup. Items not picked up by purchaser will be returned to our client. There will be no refunds for items purchased but not picked up.
