We will not be able to help you move furniture, please bring help if you will need it. Large appliances and furniture will not be available for pick up on the first day of pickup. This includes but is not limited to, tables, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, shelving units, storage cabinets, and rugs (NO EXCEPTIONS).
By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on Friday, September 16th, or Sunday, September 18th. Winning bidders must schedule an appointment (online) to pick up their merchandise (the link to sign up will be at the bottom of the email that contains the item’s pick-up code and the address to the property).
Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the auction has ended; we do not relist items that were paid for but never picked up.
