Sold Reclaimed Retro End Table solid wood and vintage hairpin legs
Sold by Retro Wanderlust
$21.00
After the sanctuary was built, an education wing and chapel were added. This lot is for a table custom-made for this charity auction from items reclaimed from the education wing. The top was previously a shelf from a cupboard located in one of the classrooms. It was handcrafted by Al Quesenberry, an artisan and member of the congregation. The wood panel contains four different kinds of wood (likely oak, cedar, pine and maple). It was sanded down and refinished with Danish Oil. The original, retro hairpin legs were reclaimed from a children’s playroom and have the patina of 50+ years of activity. The dimensions of the table are approximately 18.5” tall by 21” long and 14.75” deep.
