LaSalle's residence, adjacent to their commercial compex. Personal and household items and various antiques and collectibles will be sold the weekend of Nov. 16-17. All items in the commercial complex - the store, the large house and all items in the yard - have already been sold . Hawkeye's Estate Sales has concluded that sale and we are now sellling the contents of the residence only. The LaSalle's residence we are selling from this weekend is a bit more difficult to find/access than is usual, so please be sure to read the driving instructions. 8541 N. Ventura Ave, LaSalle's residence. Location of this sale.

8541 N. Ventura Ave in Casitas Springs as seen from Hwy 33 / N. Ventura Ave. The property cannot be accessed directly from here. Continue driving north toward Ojai to the next cross street, which is Ranch Road.

If you are coming from Ventura and heading north, pass 8541 N. Ventura Ave. on your left and make a left at the next cross street, which will be Ranch Road. After you turn left at this corner you will be heading west. The entrance to the sale is through a driveway whose location corresponds to 42 Ranch Road, although there is no such number displayed by the driveway.

Drive down Ranch Road a short distance until you get to 41 Ranch Road. White mailbox on the right has the number 41. Directly across the mailbox is a long driveway that leads to the estate sale property. There is no number but the location of the driveway corresponds to the address 42 Ranch Road, Ventura, CA 93001 (Casitas Springs).

The driveway corresponds to the location that would be 42 Ranch Road, but there is no number. Drive down this driveway to the LaSalle's residence at 8541 N. Ventura Ave. We will have signs so it should not be difficult to find.
