You are responsible for moving and lifting all items out of the building. Everything is sold as-is and without warranty.
This is a LOADED estate. This is full of Art Work and Sports Autographs. Everything is sold as-is, where-is and untested. All Measurements are approximate and may be off slightly. Saturday February 10th From 10AM - Noon, is the only pick up date. If there is a weather event, plan for pick-up on Sunday (Next Day). Please come prepared if you purchase a large item and need to Move it. The Estate Sale Company will not assist in moving anything. That will be 100% your responsibility. If an item is damaged during attempt at removal there will be no refunds....
