This estate is packed with Mid-Century Modern furniture and accessories, fine art, collectibles and so much more. The many sale contents fill the three-bedroom home, basement, enclosed porch and garage. An additional sale is scheduled for Aug. 3, 4 and 5. The house is not handicapped accessible and lacks rails near some steps. There are steps to enter and exit home and to get to basement.
