The historical Stevens Hotel in downtown Fennville, Michigan which has been under the care of just two families for the past 111 years, has been sold. The new owners are planning major renovations with the intention to preserve history. And in the process, it has been determined it's best to sell much of the unneeded furnishings, decor, and an original Duck Pin Bowling alley. The sale encompasses the original hotel furnishings, some fixtures and appliances including architectural and mechanical items.
