DESCRIPTION: This is a Surreal style work, characteristic of Matta's language. The background is a sienna color with many horizontal lines of a gray color. The upper area of the background has a pinkish hue. In the center of the artwork, four anthropomorphic figures appear horizontally, one after the other. A gray line connects the figures. Shapes and figures are distributed across the pictorial surface without taking into account the laws of physical perspective. They seem to float in a non-space, a cosmos full of color and lines, which in Mattanian language, we can translate as the representation of space and movement.
